STORE RETURN POLICY
For any exchange or refund, the original receipt is required. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. Padgitt’s reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return.
30-day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 30 days from the original purchase. Please review the exceptions below.
14-day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 14 days from the original purchase on projectors, camcorders, cameras, and lenses.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on opened projectors, camcorders, cameras, and lenses. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on Special Order products.
Refund method
Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. Cash refunds over $25.00 will be issued by check and sent within 14 days of return.
Non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include all camcorder batteries, blank tapes, DVDs, or CDs, film, photo paper, and lens filters. We will allow exchanges only if defective.
