Return Policy
At Padgitt's, we strive to offer you superior customer service, advice and instruction so that any merchandise you purchase from us will be a rewarding and permanent experience. However, it is important to be aware of our merchandise return requirements, as follows:
- Merchandise returns are at the sole discretion of management.
- The original receipt is required for us to consider returns, exchanges and warranty repair. All merchandise must be in original packaging, with no missing items or documentation. Please understand that we cannot accept merchandise that has had it's warranty card(s) filled out, missing or damaged.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee on any opened merchandise*, unless defective.
- *On all camcorder batteries, blank tapes, film, photo paper and lens filters, we will only allow exchanges if the product is defective.
- Refunds over $25.00 will be issued by check and sent within 14 days of return.
Privacy Policy
Padgitt's collects the personal information you provide to us through our "mailing list" and "contact us" forms to communicate with you in the manner you have requested. We may occasionally send you product surveys or promotional mailings to inform you of products or services available, and offerings that may be of interest to you.
Padgitt's does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
